Alonso and Haro Solicitors have successfully claimed back bank guarantees for several clients.
Alonso & Haro have in the past few days, managed to obtain 100% re funds for clients that have bought in the ‘Herrada Del Torro SL’ complex. These refunds have been made against Bank Guarantees offered by Banco Pastor SA for the full amount that has been Judged to be due by the High Court in Alicante under Judgement ref: 275/2008.
Under this Judgement those Bank Guarantees issues by Banco Pastor against the afore mentioned builder was to be paid back at the rate of only .35 centimes per Euro. The Courts had ordered the payment at the rate of 10% at the end of year 4 and the balance being due of 25% at the end of year 5.
In an amazing move, Alonso & Haro, have found a way to guarantee 100% return of the money. We are the only Lawyers in Spain that know how to obtain this money back and even better is that all refunds will be made within 6 months.
